Carrier Compliance • Required Disclosures
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from GoWithHowdy.com. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), appointment reminders, business opportunity alerts, venture updates, account notifications, and marketing messages related to our services. Types of Messages You Can Expect to Receive

How We Obtain Consent
Mobile carriers require that businesses that send SMS messages obtain consent from message recipients. We obtain consent through the following methods:
- Web Form Opt-In: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact forms at gowithhowdy.com and submitting your phone number. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default, requiring affirmative action
- Verbal Consent: When you provide your phone number verbally during a call or meeting and agree to receive texts
- Keyword Opt-In: By texting START or other opt-in keywords to our number
Consent is voluntary, not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time. We maintain records of when and how consent was obtained, including timestamp, source, and disclosure language presented.

Message Volume and Fees
- Low volume messaging: Suitable for most small businesses. Up to 6,000 messages per day across all numbers. Monthly TCR maintenance fee: $1.50/month per carrier registration. Automated SMS via APIs is not used for this program without separate approval
- One-time SMS application fee: $19 (carrier-required TCR registration)
- We comply with all carrier requirements and CTIA guidelines for messaging volume and content
Prohibited Message Categories and Compliance
Compliance Attestations
- • Age-restricted content: No — Our messages do not include age-restricted content as defined by carriers
- • Direct lending or loan agreements: No — We do not send messages about direct lending, short-term loans, or loan agreements
- • Prohibited content: We have read and understand the SMS/MMS content policies. We will not attempt to send prohibited content including messages related to gambling, cannabis, adult content, firearms, or other categories prohibited by U.S. and Canadian carriers. - • Opt-out honoring: We honor all opt-out requests immediately and maintain a suppression list
Supported Carriers and Limitations
Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and your device capabilities. MMS may not be supported on all devices.
Privacy and SMS Consent
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any information sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Go With Howdy maintains its principal operations, without regard to conflict of law principles. For SMS matters, U.S. carrier rules, CTIA guidelines, and FCC regulations also apply.
